We request a 30% deposit upon booking and once your job is complete we will ask you to check everything over with your technician, take a signature to say you are happy with the work then your technician will take the final balance once the job is completed.

To ensure an accurate quote, please provide Certified Installers Limited with the following information: Dimensions of the windows, type of window desired, type of installation (interior or exterior), and any additional specifications you may have. Most VELUX® windows will have a code you can send us which makes things a little easier, please see below how to find the code needed... But don't worry, if you are unable to provide the above information then send us some pictures via email and we will do our best to help you.
